These Terms and Conditions are made on behalf of Zazz Trading, and all references to Zazz, "we" or "us" in these Terms and Conditions refers to Zazz Trading (ABN 71 163 345 926)

 

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy tells you how we collect information when you visit this site or deal with us and what we do with your personal information.

At Zazz, we understand the importance you attach to your personal information. As such, we shall ensure that we comply with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

If you submit information to Zazz by registering as a member, purchasing one of our products or by sending us an email, we collect that information and use it for the purposes of providing you with information or advice about our goods and/or services and for processing an order by you for our goods and/or services.

Specifically, we require your name, street address, email address, phone and fax number and method of payment details in order to complete an order for our goods and/or services.

We shall only disclose your personal information to third parties where the disclosure is necessary and directly related to the purposes set out above - such as our financial institution to process your order. We shall not give our customer lists to third parties for promotions independent of Zazz.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you have a right to request access to your personal information held by us. You may do this by sending us an email to privacy@zazz.com.au or by writing to us at:

You do not have to provide us with the information requested, however, we will be unable to process your order should you be unwilling to do so.

As a small business, Zazz relies on word-of-mouth of customers and friends to 'spread the word' about our great deals. To keep you up-to-date on new products and special deals and promotions we do send occasional emails. However, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) we shall only send you emails with your prior consent and shall be happy to remove you from our mailing list should you no longer wish to receive our promotional information.

 

Delivery & Refund Policy

Product Information

The website www.zazz.com.au is owned and operated by Zazz Trading. All products listed on www.zazz.com.au are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.

Copyright

The description of our products is the copyright property of Zazz, and specifically you may not use that description as the description of the product should you choose to re-sell the items elsewhere. This includes all product information, images and specifications where applicable.

Payment Information

All orders are prepaid. When ordering, your credit card is charged when you place your order. All orders are in Australian dollars. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards only, and only cards with an Australian billing address.

Please note that we do not store your credit card number on our servers.

If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.

Shipping Information

The cost of shipping is clearly indicated for each product ordered, and is included in the invoice total. Orders are generally processed and posted in two to three working days. Where the item requires installation or pre-postage maintenance by the Zazz technicians, orders may take longer. Please note that we will not ship any order outside of Australia.

Shipping Errors

Zazz uses the Post Office and quality couriers to deliver your products. Whilst we use quality carriers, the reality is that errors may occur. In the event of delivery errors, Zazz will use all its efforts to ensure you receive your goods, receive a replacement or are refunded your purchase price.

Warranties:

Where applicable, the warranty offered for the products sold by Zazz are the manufacturer's warranty.

Where there is no manufacturer's warranty available, Zazz offers a warranty for the products, as specified in the product specifications.

Zazz's warranty is limited to replacement of the item or refund of the purchase price, to be determined by Zazz.

Limitation Of Liabilities

Under no circumstances will Zazz be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from any product purchased from Zazz beyond the value of the item purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information. Zazz reserves the right to change any specification, design, model and or other information without notice.

 

Sale & Order Policy

Payment

Payment must be made immediately for all items. Your order is not reserved until full payment has been made, and can be sold out as your order is being made. Due to the nature of Zazz we can not hold items while payment is arranged, and can not accept cheques, bank transfers or cash.

Product Availability and Pricing

While we always try to ensure our pricing is accurate, sometimes glitches occur with our system which are out of our control. Zazz reserves the right to remove any item from sale, revoke any item from an order (providing a full refund to affected customers) which may have been sold in error, or adjust the price of items at any time where Zazz deems the pricing of the product is an error. If this occurs Zazz will always contact affected customers to allow a full cancellation of the entire order before continuing.

Sold Out Items

Items which are no longer available may or may not be offered again. While Zazz understands there may be many reasons why a particular product was unable to be purchased, the final decision of whether a product can be purchased after it's sold out is solely at the discretion of Zazz.

Order cancellation

Customers are able to cancel their orders without recourse within the same day of the original purchase providing it hasn't already been shipped. Cancellations can be requested by emailing returns@zazz.com.au. If cancellation occurs outside of the day of the original purchase, Zazz will treat this item as a change of mind and may charge a restocking fee if it's already been packed and/or awaiting shipping. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Possible reasons for cancellation include but are not limited to:

  1. Fraud
  2. Incorrect pricing
  3. Non payment/payment reversal
In the event an order is cancelled a full refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original order.

 

Return Policy

Returning Defective Merchandise

At Zazz we are proud of our products and guarantee all our products as being as advertised. We will attempt to replace any defective merchandise (subject to stock availability) or refund you for any defective merchandise (including reasonable shipping costs) provided that:

  1. the return is pre-arranged with Zazz. This can be done by e-mailing returns@zazz.com.au;
  2. the product is not defective as a result of misuse, improper installation, connection to the wrong voltage or other abuse or misuse.

Should there be any problems with defective product, please contact Zazz first. All returns must be pre-arranged by emailing returns@zazz.com.au.

Returning Non-defective Merchandise

Please carefully check the specification and compatibility of the products with your requirements prior to purchasing. Due to the nature of sales at Zazz, if you should purchase one of our products and then decide to return it, you are depriving another customer of the chance to purchase that item.

However, should you wish to obtain a refund for a non-defective product we may do so (at our discretion) on the following conditions:

  1. the return is pre-arranged with Zazz. This can be done by e-mailing returns@zazz.com.au;
  2. the product must be returned to us at your expense with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase;
  3. the product must be unused and in it original condition, including its original packaging; and
  4. we will not under any circumstances refund the cost of shipping the product to you and we may at our discretion deduct the cost of the credit card transactions from your refund.
